Who is Village Photography?

Village Photography is a highly competitive photography studio that is dedicated to capturing memories and ensuring customer satisfaction. Village Photography has provided superior daycare, school, sports, and special event photography since 1994. Our highly trained photographers and on-site production personnel offer a quality product at a competitive price.

Village Photography offers a wide range of products to meet the needs of every customer.  We also offer competitive incentives and rebate programs to our customers.

We print all photos in our state-of-the-art production facility. This allows for a faster return on your photos.

Incentives and Rebate Programs

Village Photography offers customizable pricing and rebate incentives designed to target your customers. Your rebate percentage is determined by YOU!

We pay rebates on ALL orders net of sales tax, staff orders and returned checks or credit cards.  Rebates will be paid after a $400 daily minimum is met at each location, per day of photo services. Class Photos — Made available on request.

What areas does Village Photography service?

We work in all of the Southeastern United States including North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Alabama. Our studio is located in Barnesville, Georgia.

How do I order prints?

Complete your order form by the due date and return to your daycare or school in the envelope provided.

What do I do if my order is late?

Contact our office at 678-359-1365 or email us at orders@villagephotography and we will gladly assist you.

Can I order online?

Not at this time. You may scan your order form and attach it to an email and send it to orders@villagephotography.com. Include your name and phone number so we can contact you for payment.

What do I do if I have lost my proofs/order form?

You can email us at orders@villagephotography.com with a description of your child including their age, hair color, hair style, male or female, and what they wore on photo day.  We will also need the photo location name.  With this information we will find the photo images in our archive and create a new order form and return it back to you to start the order process.

How can I book a studio session?

Call our office at 678-359-1365 and set up an appointment time.  A $40.00 deposit is required and it will be applied to your photo order.

How do I order if I have more than one order form?

If you received more than one order form as a result of more than three poses taken or you have multiple children, our customer service representative can assist you with some other options that they will be glad to discuss with you.  Please call our office Mon – Fri 9am to 5pm, at 678-359-1365.
